Gangmaker supported Junafae in setting up a solid digital foundation for online sales. Before building the webshop, we guided the team through the necessary preparations for selling products online. This included defining the right processes for managing product information (PIM), ensuring data consistency, and structuring product attributes so that they could be presented effectively in a digital storefront. Based on this groundwork, we developed a scalable webshop tailored to Junafae’s needs. Our focus was on combining clean design with technical robustness: an intuitive product catalog, smooth navigation, and a checkout flow optimized for conversion.
